1. Agreement to Terms: By signing the release form on departure, you agree to 1 Stop Valet’s full terms and conditions. You are entering a contract between you, the customer, and 1 Stop Valet, allowing 1 Stop Valet drivers to drive your vehicle for valet purposes only.

2. Insurance and Liability: 1 Stop Valet drivers are insured to drive your vehicle. 1 Stop Valet does not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to your vehicle while it is parked with us. Your vehicle is parked subject to the terms and conditions of your own insurance. Any claims will be dealt with on an individual basis, and 1 Stop Valet will endeavour to resolve these claims fairly and amicably.

3. Vehicle Condition: 1 Stop Valet is not responsible for any broken or faulty bulbs, windscreens, wing mirrors, aerials, punctures, chip marks, scratches, or the interior of your vehicle. Please ensure your vehicle is road-legal (taxed, MOT, and insured), roadworthy, and legal to drive.

4. Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to a full refund, provided 1 Stop Valet receives 24-hour notice prior to your parking time.

5. Responsibility for Possessions: You are responsible for the contents and possessions of your vehicle. 1 Stop Valet will not be held liable for any loss or damage to these items.

6. Booking Information: You are responsible for the information entered into the booking and release forms. Please check these details upon departure, especially your 1 Stop Valet return time and flight number (as we track flights for possible delays). 1 Stop Valet does not accept responsibility for any delays due to incorrect information on these forms.

7. Accident Procedure: In the event of your vehicle being involved in an accident, 1 Stop Valet will provide you with means of travel to get you home as quickly as possible. This may be in the form of a hired vehicle or taxi. 1 Stop Valet will offer you utmost cooperation and support to keep you mobile until your vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition. All claims will be dealt with on an individual basis, and 1 Stop Valet will endeavour to be cooperative and supportive in the event of any claim being made.

8. Lost or Misplaced Keys: Should vehicle keys be lost or misplaced, 1 Stop Valet will replace the relevant keys. If the incident coincides with your return, a taxi to get you home will be provided and paid for by 1 Stop Valet. As a precaution, we advise that you take a spare key with you to avoid any inconvenience. 1 Stop Valet will not be responsible for any keys other than those relevant to the vehicle. All unnecessary keys should be removed, and only relevant keys should be handed over to our driver.

9. Fuel Requirement: Please ensure that you leave your vehicle with enough fuel to cover a distance of roughly 20 kilometres. Failure to do so may result in a fuel charge of R150 maximum if we need to refuel your vehicle.

These terms and conditions are between you, the customer, and 1 Stop Valet.
